DYERP is an online accounting, GST, inventory, production and staff-management software for Indian businesses, operated by D&Y Exim ("we"). This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

DYERP भारतीय व्यापारों के लिए ऑनलाइन अकाउंटिंग, GST, स्टॉक, प्रोडक्शन और स्टाफ़ सॉफ़्टवेयर है। यह नीति बताती है कि हम कौन-सी जानकारी लेते हैं और उसका क्या करते हैं।

1. Information we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and/or mobile number. If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from Google (scopes: openid, email, profile). We do not get access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
• Business data you enter: company details, ledgers, vouchers, invoices, stock, payroll, tasks and similar records.
• Staff attendance: if your employer enables it, a selfie and GPS location at the moment you check in or out (only while the app is open).
• Technical data: IP address and browser type for security, rate-limiting and error logs.
• Payments: processed by Razorpay or by UPI; we store only the payment reference, not card or bank credentials.

Google से लॉगिन करने पर हमें सिर्फ़ आपका नाम, ईमेल और प्रोफ़ाइल फ़ोटो मिलती है — आपके Gmail, Drive या संपर्कों तक कोई पहुँच नहीं।

2. How we use it

• To sign you in (including sending one-time login codes by email or SMS) and keep your account secure.
• To provide the software features you use: reports, GST returns, reminders, invoices sent to your customers on your instruction.
• To send service messages about your plan, trial and payments.

We do not sell your data, show advertising, or share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the software (hosting, email/SMS delivery, payment gateway, and the GST Suvidha Provider you connect for e-invoice / e-way bill), and where required by law.

3. Who can see your business data

Each company's data is kept separate. Only users added by the company's owner/admin can access it, with the permissions the admin sets. Passwords for integrations (GST portal, WhatsApp, email, bank) are stored encrypted. Every change is recorded in an edit log.

4. Storage and retention

Data is stored on secured cloud servers. It is kept while your account is active. You can download a full backup at any time. If your plan expires your data is not deleted; you can request deletion as below.

5. Your choices

You can update your details inside the software, export your data, or ask us to delete your account and company data by writing to the email below. We will act on deletion requests within 30 days, except where records must be kept by law.
