Terms of Service

1. The service

DYERP is online business software provided by D&Y Exim. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Plans and trial

New companies get a free trial. After it, a paid yearly plan is needed to keep making entries; without a plan your books remain viewable and exportable and are not deleted. Fees once paid are for the plan period.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for the staff you give access to, and for keeping your login secure. Tax rates, GST and TDS rules in the software are provided as an aid; confirm with your Chartered Accountant before filing.

4. Your data

Your business data belongs to you. You can export it at any time. How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and your data backed up, but the service is provided "as is". Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
